A working group of representatives of the branch organizations in construction will work out within 10 days their suggestions for amendments in the draft Law for the conditions and order for registration of physical and legal bodies performing construction work. That information was issued after a meeting of the representatives of the branch organizations in construction with the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Asen Gagauzov and Deputy Minister Savin Kovachev. After the presentation of the proposals the Ministry will make the necessary generalizations and will introduce the draft to the Council of Ministers, said Minister Asen Gagauzov. He underlined that all participants in the meeting have united on the statement that this Law is necessary and must be endorsed. The requirements of the branch organizations and our views are in accord, underlined Minister Gagauzov. The idea is that all branch organizations become collective member of a new structure which is to make the registration of the construction companies. The Bulgarian Industrial Association General Secretary Mr. Petar Dechev thanked on behalf of the branch organizations to the MRDPW heads for the meeting and for the immediate response.
