Minister Spas Popnikolov Greeted the Archeologists with Their Professional Holiday

The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Eng. Spas Popnikolov attended the opening of the Tenth National Archeological Exposition in the National Archeological Institute with Museum at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. By tradition the Archeologist’s Day – 14 February is celebrated with it.

He extended his greetings on the occasion of the archeologists’ professional holiday and noted that the love to culture and heritage of millennia is a worthy cause because only a nation that knows and respects its past has a chance to prosper in the globalizing world.

On behalf of all constructors minister Popnikolov expressed his gratitude to archeologists for the good cooperation in the implementation of large infrastructure projects. I am glad that we meet your understanding and support because our success in making large-scale investments in deadline is important for people and business, emphasized he, expressing his confidence that the positive dialogue and partnership will remain to be achieved good results in future. I hope that we are in line for new successful collaborative initiatives that will enable us to fill up the national archeological collections while along with this we contribute to the modernization and good infrastructure of Bulgaria, which I believe is our agreed priority, added Minister Popnikolov.

The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works wished all archeologists to be healthy, brave, daring and inquiring and to enjoy public respect, support and understanding in future.
