MRDPW made amendments in the draft Law for the conditions and order for registration of physical and legal bodies performing construction work

MRDPW experts have made amendments in the preliminary draft Law for the conditions and order for registration of physical and legal bodies performing construction work. The amendments comprise all aspects of the legislative document. The basic purposes of the law are focused on the creation of conditions for protection of the citizen, the state and public organs as well as for effective control over bodies performing construction work. The expectancies for the legislative document are to enhance the responsibilities of the constructors for improvement of the quality of the construction production as well as to create conditions for self-government and regulation of this branch. The re-worked draft defines the requirements for performing construction work in the Republic of Bulgaria, the conditions and order for formation of a Unified National Professional Register. In order to restrict the possibilities for monopole in the field of construction the draft envisages the formation of a new branch organization – A Chamber of Constructors in Bulgaria. The project defines its functions, tasks and governing organs. The changes in the draft of the Law are based on the statements from the institutions and organizations and the recommendations sent at the MRDPW e-mail address.
