MRDPW will be Plovdiv Municipality’s partner in the implementation of a project under the “Administrative Capacity” Operational Program

The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and the Municipality of Plovdiv will be partners in the realization of the “Integrated Information System of a Municipality for improving the processes of servicing the citizens and the business” project.

The project’s worth is 852 000 BGN and will be financed under the “Administrative Capacity” Operational Program. The deadline for its implementation is 16 months.

The project is oriented to the setting up of a system for effective servicing both the citizens and the business through optimizing the processes and automation of the administrative activities associated with their servicing. Thus the servicing of citizens and the business will be improved through the electronic management’s development.

Through the project’s implementation the specific problems in the servicing of both the citizens and the business will be identified and a methodology of their solution will be created.
