The deadline for registration for the second training of potential beneficiaries under the Bulgaria-Turkey IPA Cross-border Co-operation Programme 2007-2013 is the 20th November 2009

The second training of potential beneficiaries is organized on the 23rd and 24th November 2009 in the town of Bourgas, the team of the “Technical assistance for the forthcoming Bulgaria-Turkey Cross-border Co-operation Programme” project, in cooperation with the Managing Authority – the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, Republic of Bulgaria. The training’s topic is “Projects Implementation” under the first Call for proposals.

The meetings will be held at the “Aqua” Hotel – Bourgas. The first meeting will start at 10.00h on the 23rd November, Monday.

The participants will be acquainted with the general principles of the projects’ implementation, the financial management processes and the projects’ supervision. They will be presented with the opportunities for sub-contracting, the regulations for providing publicity and implementation of qualitative and quantitative control over the construction works or over projects of the “soft measures”.

All who are willing to participate in the training must fill in an individual registration form, and send it to ipacbc-bgtr@bbt.bg until the 20th November, 2009.
