The National Construction Control Directorate (NCCD) inspected 148 juridical persons and sole traders exercising construction supervision

In compliance with the orders given by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Rosen Plevneliev for enhanced control over persons engaged in exercising construction supervision over the period 1st July till 30th September 2009. NCCD executed 272 inspections of the implementation of the duties of the persons engaged in exercising construction supervision.
148 juridical persons and sole traders were inspected, who assessed the correspondence of investment projects, or exercising construction supervision.
Building sites from I to IV category have been  inspected all over the country’s territory, including 80 residential buildings, 74 public buildings, 26 production buildings, 84 technical infrastructure building-sites and 8 hydro-technical facilities.
During the on-site inspections, and according to the documents available, three juridical persons, exercising construction supervision, have been issued penalty decrees.
In result of the NCCD’s inspections, 5 administratively-penal jurisdictions have been constituted, as none of them has finished yet.
